We hope you love shopping with us. Here are our shipping and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations. Contact Us.

Shipping

Shipping is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (CST). Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with expedited shipping options or if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

We offers multiple shipping options. Most packages will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days of the order being placed. For expedited shipping please choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air by 12:00 noon (CST). We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, however additional freight charges will apply. We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns and Replacements

Returns: (With Packing Slip)

We accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and in new condition merchandise within 30 days of receiving item(s). Refunds must be accompanied by the original packing slip and will be made in the form of the original payment.

Returns: (Without Packing Slip or After 30 Days)

Due to ever-changing inventory, we can not accept merchandise returns after 30 days. Merchandise is exchangeable if it is unworn, unwashed, in new condition and is currently available on our website however. A copy of your packing slip can be found by logging into our website.

For Exchanges Due to Sizing

Shipping charges will apply to exchanges due to sizing. The shipping fee is determined by the deducted value of the items that are being returned, not the total value of the original order. This fee will be deducted from the credit card used on your original purchase if a check or money order was not included with the return. We will not be able to send out new items until we receive the full amount to cover shipping.

Or simply order the item(s) online to ensure they do not go out of stock and we will credit your card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

For Defective or Shortages

Call our customer service department at (844) 787-3915 to receive a Return Service Label or report shortages. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. All sale item purchases are final sales and returns will not be accepted.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on non-wearable items delivered to locations in Minnesota.

International Deliveries

Our products are not available for international delivery.
