When communicating with domestic-version browsers, SSL certificates enable super-strong 128-bit encryption, protecting all of your sensitive web communication. Please note that your credit card will be charged as Gold Country, Inc.
All prices are in US dollars and are payable in US funds only.

Orders received during business hours for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship via UPS Ground. Most domestic orders will be delivered in 10 business days.
All freight will be billed out in accordance to the freight scale listed below.

Depending on your location, same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged by UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service. Applicable expedited freight charges will be added to your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for expedited requests. Please note delivery is Monday thru Friday only.
We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on non-wearable items delivered to locations in Minnesota.
Our products are not available for international delivery.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns (With Packing Slip)
StateFairWear.com accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and in new condition merchandise within 30 days of receiving item(s). Refunds must be accompanied by the original packing slip and will be made in the form of the original payment.
Returns (without packing slip or after 30 days)
Due to our ever-changing inventory, StateFairWear.com can not accept merchandise after 30 days. Items are exchangeable if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and is currently available on our website. Please email us at email@example.com to request a copy of your packing slip.
For Exchanging Due to Sizing
Shipping charges will apply to exchanges due to sizing. The shipping fee is determined by the deducted value of the items that are being returned, not the total value of the original order. This fee will be deducted from the credit card used on your original purchase if a check or money order was not included with the return. We will not be able to send out new items until we receive the full amount to cover shipping. See shipping chart above.
Or simply order the item(s) online to ensure they do not go out of stock. We will credit your card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
For Defective or Shortages
Email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Service Label or report shortages. A friendly member of our team may contact with you for further explanation. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. All SALE purchases are FINAL SALES and returns will not be accepted.
